Shipping & Returns
Shipping can be calculated at the time of check-out & free expedited shipping will be applied when the cart total is over $30.00. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where multiple shipping methods of your choice and their prices will be offered. We will ship your order within two (2) business days after we receive payment.
If Edge Electronics ("we") have the product(s) in stock, we will email a shipping notice confirming that the items have been shipped and are en-route. In-stock orders (excluding backorder and pre-order items) ships within two (2) business days after we receive full payment. Out-of-stock orders will be shipped once the item is back in stock, which we will at that time send the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped.
Currently, Edge Electronics only ships products within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Package arrives 7 to 14 business days after processing.
Only specific items qualify for this shipping service. Small, lightweight, and non-fragile items where the shipping package is under 100grams and less than 20mm in thickness.
Items are not tracked, insured or have a delivery guarantee.

Returns & Refunds (for online purchase)
To ensure optimal satisfaction, Edge Electronics offers a fourteen (14) day refund and/or exchange policy. The procedure is as follows:
What you need to return your item(s):
- The original receipts (invoices) from your purchase.
- The original method of payment ( If PayPal was used, your PayPal account will be credited for the return amount. There are no fees for using PayPal.)
- Original packaging and all the items originally included by the manufacturer or Edge Electronics (including all manuals, accessories, and gifts with purchase or other included bonus items).
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days
You are responsible for returning the item(s) in a re-saleable condition at your own cost (Shipping and Handling). The original shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part (eg. we have sent the wrong item) or we have determined that the product is defective.
The item(s) must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we reserve the right to not provide a refund.
Once Edge Electronics receives the returned product and have assessed the product(s) to be in re-saleable condition, you will be credited within thirty (30) days to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order.
Note: We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
